Counseling Staff

The 2 counselors that we currently have on staff are:
 

Matt Molenaar, LCSW

Matt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Illinois and Indiana and has worked in the mental health field since 1998.
He is a caring and interactive therapist who enjoys helping couples and individuals develop greater insights into their adaptive and maladaptive behaviors. Specifically, he enjoys educating couples on how to be more productive in their fighting to get better results as wells as assisting couples with strengthening their marital friendship. In addition to his work at the Ravines, Matt runs a private practice based in Chicago and Lansing Illinois. 
 

Hank Zwirkoski, LCPC, LMHC, NCC

Hank is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in both Illinois and Indiana.  He is also a Licensed Mental Health counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor and Ordained Minister. Hank has held counseling and training positions with Crisis Intervention Services, the Illinois Department of Corrections Juvenile Division, Aunt Martha’s Youth Services, the West Suburban YMCA Community Extension Project, the Chicago Christian Counseling Center, and the Chicago Ridge Youth Service Bureau.  In addition to his degrees in Psychology, Counseling, Public Service, and Communications & Training, Hank completed an Advanced Biblical Studies Degree at the Moody Bible Institute Graduate School. Hank was ordained in 1999 and has served local churches as a Teaching Elder, Men’s Ministry Coordinator, and Pastor.  Over the course of their marriage, he and his wife, Connie, have been involved as participants and leaders in Marriage encounter, Retrouvaille, and PREPARE/ENRICH Marriage Ministries.  Hank and Connie have been married for over 30 years and have raised four children.
